Our History

Since opening our doors in 2020, TLC has become a nationally recognized leader in assisted living care in the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin region. As the recipient of several consecutive awards for outstanding senior care and wellness, we’ve established ourselves as a national leader in the assisted living space. Our campus features 62 state-of-the-art assisted living apartments in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans, with a wide range of amenities and services all under one roof.
